Who Am I?
I'm Kushal Karki, an AWS-certified DevOps Engineer based in Nepal with 3+ years of specialized experience in cloud infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline development, and containerized application deployment. Currently serving as a DevOps Engineer at CloudLaya LLC, I design and implement scalable, secure AWS solutions that streamline operations and reduce deployment time by up to 70%.
My technical journey began in web development, where I spent a year building full-stack applications with Python and Django at KSW Techzone, while managing Linux servers, shared hosting environments, email systems, and domain configurations. This dual experience in both development and system administration naturally led me to DevOps—where I discovered my passion for infrastructure as code and automation. I've also managed fintech cloud infrastructure at LophoPay Financial Ltd., ensuring 99.9% uptime and implementing robust security best practices.
Throughout my DevOps career, I've primarily focused on AWS cloud services, leveraging EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, and CloudWatch to build production-ready infrastructure.
